STCNP strives to ensure that all product information, descriptions, and prices are accurate.However, minor variations may occur due to differences in packaging, seasonal availability, or human error.We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or update product details without prior notice.

 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. We accept online payments through secure gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. STCNP reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or verified. 

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

• Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email/SMS
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once it is dispatched (for COD).
• STCNP reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of products, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
• Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting customer service. 

Delivery Policy

• We deliver across whole areas in Bangladesh.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics.
• Shipping Charge can change as per goods weight and destination location then flat charge 
• Any estimated delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. STCNP will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information. 

Return and Refund Policy

• We accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving such items.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
• Perishable goods and opened items are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

 Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• You must not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt our website or servers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
